Software License

Proprietary SaaS License

SmartPick is proprietary software developed and exclusively owned by æ Aeonian Engineering Limited. Access to the service is granted through a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of the active subscription.

What Is Permitted

Use of the SmartPick platform for the customer's own business purposes
Access to the web and mobile applications included in the subscribed plan
Use of APIs within the limits of the plan
Installation of mobile apps on company devices

What Is NOT Permitted

Copying, modifying, or distributing the software
Reverse engineering or decompiling the code
Reselling or sublicensing access to third parties
Removing copyright notices or trademarks

Open-Source Components

SmartPick uses third-party open-source components. A complete list with the relevant licenses is available on request at legal@parta.app. Component licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD) do not extend the user's rights over the SmartPick software as a whole.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SmartPick, including AI algorithms, LSTM/1D-CNN models, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong exclusively to æ Aeonian Engineering Limited. The "SmartPick" and "Parta" marks are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration.
