Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Under Article 17 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to obtain deletion of personal data concerning you. You can exercise this right by submitting a request through the form below or by email at privacy@parta.app.

How it works

1. Submit the request
   Fill in the form with your email and the type of deletion requested.
2. Identity verification
   We will send you a confirmation email to verify that the request came from you.
3. Processing
   We process the request within 30 days after verification.
4. Confirmation
   You receive email confirmation once deletion has been completed.

Important note for active customers

For customers with an active subscription, full data deletion results in termination of the service. Business data (warehouse, orders, products) is exported in CSV/JSON format before deletion, if requested.
