This Privacy Policy describes how æ Aeonian Engineering Limited ("we", "the Company") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the SmartPick service, accessible through smartpick.parta.app and its related mobile applications.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Identification data: first name, last name, email address, phone number
Business data: company name, VAT number, registered office address
Usage data: access logs, actions performed in the platform, devices used
Warehouse data: movements, inventories, orders (customer business data)
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system

3. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

Provision of the SmartPick service (legal basis: performance of a contract)
Technical assistance and customer support
Commercial communications subject to explicit consent
Legal and tax compliance
Platform improvement through anonymized analytics

4. Data Security

SmartPick uses AES-256-CBC encryption for all sensitive data, JWT authentication with configurable expiration, certified multi-tenant isolation, and encrypted daily backups. Data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the full duration of the service contract and for 10 years after termination, as required by Italian tax law. Contact data collected through demo request forms is retained for 24 months.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared only with technical service providers (hosting, transactional email) bound by GDPR-compliant confidentiality agreements.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:

8. Cookie

This site uses only technical cookies required for operation. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users with at least 30 days' notice.
